Culinary
On our farm, we place great emphasis on our local cuisine, and if you love these, you will certainly get it. We will offer you soon as you arrive with an aperitif. For lunch you can choose from different menus. We prepare daily fresh food and ask you therefore to order the food in advance.
Our typical dishes include: wheat bread from grandmother’s time, house sausage, meat roast, cream of leek soup, rabbit in herb sauce with cooked ricotta strudel, homemade gnocchi and of course apple pie from local apples.
We must of course not forget to the noble, excellent drop of wine that was harvested and processed under the hands of the master, which is the local highlight in its own way.
Our farm also offers rooms for various celebrations. We can accept up to 60 guests at once.
